Our Story

Pop-up Flower Shop is owned and operated by sisters, Sarah Benchimol and Elissa Wolff. We started this company as an events-based company bringing flower bars to events around the city of Toronto. During Covid, we quickly pivoted to meet the needs of our client community. We are honored to play a role in helping people stay connected and share love during challenging times. Whether by sending an arrangement, sending a subscription or inviting friends to a flower design workshop, we are here for it!
